Site Manager
Approach Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to over see a groundworks project.
Starting Wednesday 17th April for an expected 5 week duration. If successful in the role, could be a 47-week contract.
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of teams on a day to day basis and liaising with company superiors.
- Management of trades & labour on site
- Holding site meetings
- Ensuring build programmes & schedules are met
- Ensuring all health & safety is carried out to a high level.
Requirements:
- Site management experience
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong communication skills
- IT skills
- Valid UK Driving Licence
- Experience in civils, groundworks – building steel frame required.
Qualifications:
- SMSTS
- CSCS CARD
- First Aid at Work
