Positions avaialble specifically for the de-boning of legs, loins and shoulders of pork only, must be expereinced in this field of butchery due to a skills test on day one would be required.
All day work Monday to Friday, some saturdays at 1.1/3 overtime will be required on certain times due to increase in production
