Our very busy client based in West Sussex are now looking for a day shift production Manager
Managing 10 people in the factory on a daily basis
Working hours would be 45 per week, Thursday and Friday 6am until 4pm - Saturday 5am to 3pm - Sunday 8am to 6pm, reverting back to Monday 6am to 4pm
Tuesday and Wednesday off
Requirements:
Experience within the meat processing industry
A keen eye for detail on products out
Responsibilities:
The smooth running of the lines, production and quality of output
Planning of time and production schedules
Ability to lead and manage personnel to maximum performance
Enforce strict guidelines on health and safety procedures
Skills:
Previous expereince as a manager or shift leader/supervisor
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in MS or software
Strong decision making abilities
