Approach Personnel Acquires Fellow Nottingham Based Construction Recruitment Business Simon Nicholas Associates In Significant Deal

We are thrilled to announce that Approach Personnel has acquired Simon Nicholas Associates Ltd (SNA), a Nottingham-based construction sector recruitment business. This strategic acquisition is part of our ambitious growth plan and strengthens our market position.
 
Group Director Adam Charlesworth noted, "We have known Simon Pearce for over twenty years and are delighted to now work with him to expand upon what he has built over the past 15 years."

This acquisition follows our 2019 acquisition of Elizabeth Michael Associates, demonstrating our commitment to expanding across various sectors including construction, civil engineering, shopfitting, interiors, industrial, and food production.
