I joined Approach as a Administrator to support the team but quickly progressed into my current role as Admin & Compliance Officer, which now encompasses the minefield that is Compliance in regards to documentation and legal requirements involved in the recruitment and deployment of trades and labour operatives. 

• My favourite film is: Pretty Woman, love a 90’s classic

• In my spare time I like to: Spend time with my amateur dramatic group, I have a keen interest in the set construction

• My guilty pleasure is: Friends

• My perfect night out is: Prosecco with my friends followed by a stop off at McDonald’s on our way home!

• I love recruitment because: There’s a constant buzz in the office and the success of filling those placements

• I’m obsessed with: Keeping my flat like a show home, I like everything to have its place!

• My perfect holiday destination is: Anywhere in Greece, if I can get a Gyros and a pint of Mythos I’m a happy lady!

• If I won the lottery I would: Buy a house in the UK and Greece , donate to Charity and ensure my family are well supported
