Quantity Surveyor
Approach Personnel are partnering with our long standing client to recruit a Quantity Surveyor in Major Works. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be an integral part of the pre-construction team.

As this role is in major works, you will be working on projects up to £20m in value in various sectors, including new build commercial, education and residential projects.
- Working collaboratively as part of a team of costing and pre-construction professionals on projects up to £20m in value
- Simultaneously managing multiple projects over a range of clients whilst maintaining excellent standards of service
- Supervising the work of assistants and apprentices to help foster their professional development
- Working directly with the client contacts and managing relationships, being a key point of contact
About You
- Hold a degree in a field related to the role, such as Quantity Surveying or Construction Cost Management
- Experience in providing quantity surveying projects on major works up to £20m in value
- Experience in providing quantity surveying projects and a proficiency in using role related software, such as CostX Measurement
- Full UK Driving License, Own Transport, and the ability to travel to different areas of the UK for site visits

- £45,000 - £55,000 doe
