Job Duties:

- Perform general labour tasks on construction sites - Assist with loading and unloading materials - Operate hand and power tools - Follow health and safety regulations - Clean and prepare construction sites - Assist skilled tradespeople as needed

Required Qualifications:

- Valid CSCS card - Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects - Good communication skills - Ability to work in a team environment - Punctuality and reliability

Education:

- No specific education requirements

Experience:

- Previous experience as a labourer in the construction industry preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

- Knowledge of basic construction techniques - Ability to follow instructions - Understanding of health and safety regulations - Proficiency in using hand and power tools

Preferred Qualifications:

- Additional health and safety certifications - Experience operating specific construction machinery

Working Conditions:

- Outdoor work in various weather conditions - Physical labour and heavy lifting required - Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary - Overtime may be required based on project needs
