Approach Personnel are partnering with our long standing client to recruit a Bid Writer. As a Bid Writer you will be an integral part of the pre-construction team, working to create work winning PQQ answers and bid packages tailored to each prospective clients needs.
The Bid Writer role
The incoming Bid Writer will join a friendly, flexible, and dynamic team of professionals who have cultivated a thriving, positive working environment.
The incoming Bid Writer will be able to maintain the quality deliverance and will assist with ITT's, PQQ, and tender submissions.
Duties
- Analysing the tender document to understand the needs of the client
- Planning bid preparation to ensure that deadlines are met
- Liaising with other managers to agree bid details
- Preparing case studies and other reference materials
- Editing or rewriting previous tenders to reuse relevant material
- Collating materials provided by various departments and ensuring a uniform tone across the overall document
- Ensuring that the bid is accurate and delivered on time.
About You
The successful Bid Writer will have:
- Ideally experienced writing bids for the education sector, and multi room bid writing is very beneficial
- A previous experience in a Bid related role within the Construction/Maintenance Industry
- Previous experience with PQQs and ITTs
