Approach Personnel are working in partnership with a leading construction contractor who are seeking a Site Manager on a permanent basis to work on a large new build development in Derby.
You will be joining a family owned, well renowned and successful company who have value their staff above anything else.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing, monitoring, and managing the progress of construction projects
- Ensuring the safety of construction sites by making safety inspections and enforcing safety guidelines and protocols
- Working cooperatively and liaising with clients and/or potential stakeholders and update them on progress
- Ensuring that contractors and staff/workers are motivated and focused
- Overseeing and managing budgets throughout construction projects
- Preparing, coordinating, and writing site reports, drawings, and other necessary documents.
Qualification Requirements:
- SMSTS/SSSTS
- Level 6 NVQ in site management
- 1st Aid
- CSCS
